今日感想.. ICO这个概念还真是高明。写一份pdf即可捞到上亿美元价值的币，然后因为央行不承认BTC/ETH是货币所以这个事在法律上又不算非法集资，在泡沫最后被戳破前谁也没法把它定义成庞氏骗局。怎么看都是法律上无风险的疯狂捞钱手段… 结果大家都没想到 我党直接以文件代法律 一纸文件直接废掉了ICO的合法性。但是仔细想想，这些ICO发行方倘若提前做了准备，早早卖掉一半融到手的BTC/ETH，最后清算日到来的时候，币涨退钱、币跌退币，就是无论如何也赚了… 天哪ICO简直是金融史上最厉害的圈钱发明了吧…
